This policy describes what ComplianceGuider (operated by Veryation, a California sole proprietorship) collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect what we need to run the Service, we don't sell your data, and you can ask us to delete it.

Payments are processed by Stripe; your card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers. See Stripe's privacy policy for how they handle payment data.
We don't use advertising cookies. A session token is kept in your browser's local storage to keep you signed in. Cloudflare Web Analytics is cookieless.
We send transactional emails (sign-in links, receipts, compliance reminders you've enabled) and occasional product updates. Every non-transactional email includes an unsubscribe link, or email us to opt out.
We keep account data while your account is active. To delete your account and associated data, email [email protected] from the account's email address and we will delete it within 30 days, except records we must keep (e.g., billing records).
California residents may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information, and will not be discriminated against for exercising those rights. Contact us at the email below. We do not sell or share personal information as defined by the CCPA/CPRA.
The Service is for businesses and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
We'll post any changes here with a new version date and, for material changes, notify subscribers by email.
